It was quiet and easy to use while doing house chores such as cleaning and cooking until I took it into the bathroom one day, as I was expecting a call, to help mum shower.
Soon I could hear electric interference after my phone was off. I took it off immediately to save my ears and head from the constant tone.
So I suggest to other buyers to keep this headphone in dry areas only as steam can damage it.
I put it in my dry room for a few days and tried it again. Though not as quiet as new, the electric interference is quite low and hence not a bother to use.

received the headphones today, looks good, tested it , however connection kept cutting out every few minutes, specially when i am moving and connection will completely cut if i moved more than 5-6 metres away, i thought it was the battery so i charged it until full, tested again, still the same . These were bought for my wife for online zoom teaching, clearly can not be used at all. i found out on the box that these equipped by Bluetooth 2.1, very old technology, that is why its cutting out so often, connection will only be stable when i stay still and keep the distance as close as possible to my phone, maybe suitable for truck driver that do not move at all, obviously not for online teaching / conference, unfortunately i can not use these.

The box with the headset was well packed in a brown box.

The box contains:
-the headset.
-a USB-charging cable
-the manual.

The manual is short, but sufficient. Therefor I will not go into details.

To charge the set you need to connect the headset to a power-supply (not included) by means of the USB-cable.
After charging it's very easy to pair the headset to 1 or 2 devices.

With the headset you can answer, reject or end a call. It also possible to redial the last number or use voice dialing.

The headset is very comfortable to wear. And the quality of the sound is very good.

I paired it with my phone and gameconsole so I can answer a call while I am playing.

Conclusion:
It’s a very comfortable headset to wear with high quality sound. It's also very easy to operate.
It’s also great for combining your phone with your gameconsole.

After I submitted my review I was contacted by customer service saying that they were going to send me an updated headset to try. After trying it out I now LOVE them! So the issues I listed below are non-existent. The design is much more sleek and guess what, you can listen to other sounds (music, videos, etc) besides calls! The talk time, staying connected and wind noise are a thing of the past. I had my husband roll down all the windows in the car while he was driving and I heard only his voice! They are comfortable on the ears too. After testing out the new ones they sent me another pair to replace the other one. Great customer service for sure! I bought this 2pk for me and my husband. I use mine with my tablet and my husband uses his with his phone. We have tried darn near every type of headset for him and they never worked right and broke easy so I was happy when I found this type of headset. It fits his head ok but the earpiece is too small and tight on his ears so he doesn't keep them on long. It has 3 major problems. 1. Talk time is definitely NOT 12 hours more like 4-6 hours. My husband has to consistently recharge it and he doesn't talk on it for hours at a time maybe a 30-40 min conversation. 2. It doesn't always stay connected to his phone which is the whole reason for having this. 3. These are NOT good when the wind is blowing (even just a little bit) or you have the windows down in your car all you can hear is the wind. Other than that the noise reduction is very good his voice is very clear and he doesn't have to talk loud for people to hear him.

Received exactly what was advertised and in new condition. The headsets were packaged well to protect during shipment.

I ordered the 2 PK so I could use one at two different locations for my business and not have to carry one back and forth. Too, I wanted to sync the Bluetooth headsets to both my HP ENVY 360 laptop for VOIP calling and my Samsung Galaxy S4 cell. After a little work I was able to do just that. The secret is to make sure that you hold the multi-use button long enough for the lamp to blink continuous red/blue. This is when the headset is sending the signal for each device to detect. My cell allows me to rename each headset (1 & 2) but my laptop won't. I wish it would but it's not a big deal.

Both headsets tested great with excellent sound quality for both me and one called, back ground noise cancellation and listening volume. The multi function button takes a little getting use to for answering and disconnecting from calls. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied. The price is very good for the quality!

Cannot be used for driving directions, but newer version can

The great customer service of the seller (Patozon) allowed me to get the newer "Mpow V4.1 Bluetooth Headset" which does support media playback, such as driving directions. While the headset here is great for calls only, make sure to get the "Mpow V4.1 Bluetooth Headset" version if you need it for anything other than calls.

While this is my fault for not reading all the directions super close, I do not understand why in 2018 a headset like this would only support calling. If you are driving and using your phone for calls and directions, these will not work. Any media, including directions from maps or other programs, will not play over the headset. What is the point of that? Since these were purchased for someone who drives and needs directions in addition to make calls, they will be returned.
