Screen doesn't have always on display option which is irritating. It only lights up for a few second WHEN it detects noise. Ive hadnmy baby crying in his room and I can hear him through the hallway but the monitor doesn't pick it up.

I bought it early on my registry and support won't honor a return which is extremely disappointing considering I bought it early to be prepared.

Save your money and buy something better and with better support.

The monitor itself is great, I loved everything about it, especially that you can adjust the camera from the parent unit. The picture is great, the sound is good. I only wish the range was a bit better and that you could dim the brightness a little more.
With all of that said … my monitor is only 4 months old. The other day I went to turn it on to view my children and the screen itself was frozen. I preceded to turn it off and back on with a blank white screen appearing. None of the buttons will work other than the on/off. I tried resetting it, still nothing. All I see is a white screen and the sound it self isn’t working either so it renders this unit useless which is very frustrating as this is my second brand of a video baby monitor in the last two years. If it wasn’t for this issue I would have recommended this product and given it 5 stars.

Read all the good reviews, so I decided to try this baby monitor. Surprisingly, the video quality wasn’t up to my expectation considering the price of this device. The image has a purple-ish glow and the video is kind of laggy compared to a very inexpensive baby monitor that I have. The wireless control of the camera was nice though.

Trotz VOX-Funktion und das die Kamera maximal für weniger als einer Minute zwei Mal die Nacht angeht, müssen wir fast jeden Abend das Babyphone aufladen.

Des Weiteren ist der Empfang schlecht, Luftlinie zwischen Baby- und Elternzimmer maximal 10m ohne dicke Wände dazwischen und die Verbindung wird trotzdem mehrmals unterbrochen.

Very glitchy video quality

I do not recommend this baby monitor.

I am writing this review after 4 months of daily use. We were looking to upgrade our video monitor to include a pan-tilt option since our toddler was moving to a bed and would likely roam his room. The audio and night vision are fine BUT the video quality is extremely glitchy. There are consistent but fleeting moments where half the video screen goes completely white, as though it's shifted downward, or there are little pixelated rectangles on the screen. While they appear to disappear after a few seconds, they happen regularly and I expect more for a new monitor. Since there was an advertised 90-day manufacturer's warranty, we tried to resolve the issue initially with the manufacturer (no response despite numerous attempts through Amazon's customer service and then the supposed company website) and then with the seller. Unfortunately, they requested a video or picture of the glitch which is incredibly difficult to capture because despite happening daily, the glitches are sporadic and only last 2 seconds at a time which is barely enough time to pull out your camera. Consider a different video monitor with a better warranty system.

I was excited for this, it was nice and cheap and did everything the expensive ones do but I sent it back and went with summer infant.
The monitor is tiny. The camera is cool itself though, there’s an option to move it around from the monitor and stuff. The monitor just wasn’t good quality I couldn’t see my child in her crib it was so blurry and it just didn’t have good night vision and like I said the monitor screen is just way too small I just wasn’t a fan.

Not great 🤷🏼‍♀️ Makes a low buzzing noise constantly. Can be quite annoying.

I bought an additional camera for one in each child’s room. If one child is crying the monitor won’t go to the room with the crying child you have to set it on the rotating function and it just keeps going from one camera to the other doesn’t stop on the child that’s making the noise.

Night vision isn’t bad picture quality isn’t great especially when zoomed it’s very blurry.

I purchased this monitor based on recommendations from friends who said the picture quality and sensitivity were fantastic at the price point. I agree with both of these factors but unfortunately, the battery life of the parent unit makes the system almost unusable for me. The parent unit has to be charged after approximately 6 hours of static use (with the screen shut off). I find this extremely unacceptable as I want a monitor that can be portable with me from room to room or outside on the porch if needed. I am unsure if I just have a faulty unit but the battery life alone has lead me to decide to purchase a whole new unit. I also cannot find where I can purchase an additional camera without spending the same amount as the whole brand new unit.

Picture and sound quality is decent for the price point. However, the battery life of the monitor is atrocious. I get maybe 3-4 hours of use out of it even with no video on before the battery dies, which means I end up having to charge it several times a day and leave it plugged in overnight. Defeats the purpose of the portability of the monitor if I'm having to drag the charging cable around the house with me.
