These run big. I purchased an XL according to my size which was to big. I then purchased a large hoping that would fit, still too big. I'm currently wearing a medium which fits better but it doesn't support much. May order a small to try out. (I'm a pre-pregnancy size 18 and am 26 weeks along if this helps)
I got a medium and it is super loose and will not stay in place. I had a belly band when I was pregnant with my son years ago and loved it but this one is not even close to the one I used to have. I have to fold it down and readjust it all day long. Very uncomfortable and kinda a pain to deal with .
Fit great, and got me through almost my entire pregnancy! I bought this originally at about 4 months pregnant when I couldn’t fasten my work pants anymore, and it worked perfectly to keep jeans, slacks, etc. subtly closed. I even wore it a couple times under a dress as shape wear to smooth out any lumps. I never had an issue with it rolling or bunching. I’m 5’10 and 150lbs prepregnancy weight, and the medium was just right. It probably stretched out a bit by the last couple months from regular wear and lots of washing.
I couldn't even wear this for an hour without the bottom rolling up and causing much too much pressure on the bump. . . You need straight hips, a long torso, and have zero curves to your frame for this thing to even remotely work. Plus it gave zero actual belly support Threw it away after a few tries.
I've bought one of these for every pregnancy. I regularly recommend it to friends too. I have diastasis recti, so it's nice to have the extra support every day. It doesn't help with pelvic stuff necessarily but for everything else I won't go without it!
This was a lifesaver up to about 6 months of my pregnancy. I was able to wear the extenders and put this over my jeans to smooth it out. I finally broke down and bought some maternity pants at 7 months because I was having issues with upper abdominal pain, but I would recommend this to anyone wanting to prolong having to buy maternity clothes!
This belly band saved me and my back. I got it around 30 weeks, towards the end it was a bit snug but I felt comfortable knowing that my belly was covered and if my shirt went up I didnt have to worry about being exposed
I bought this belly band after my doctor recommended a support band. I was around 18 weeks and was experiencing nearly constant ligament pain. I was skeptical that it would make much of a difference but didn't want to buy one of the big, bulky expensive ones. From the first day I wore it, I experienced a considerable reduction in my ligament pain. I bought a second one so I could always have a clean one and have worn them 24/7 ever since. It doesn't show under clothes except for occasionally at the top under clingy, thin material and is very comfortable. This is probably the best pregnancy purchase I've made to date and I've recommend them to every pregnant woman I know!
