update: received a new package from seller and it did contain all the items now.

original: ordered the "Alertcam power adapter for Arlo with 25ft weatherproof cable..." and only received cables, no power adapters. "power adapter..with 25ft cable..." would imply you are getting the power adapters as well. just noticed even the box reads "Arlo power adapter w 25ft cable (3 pack)"

I have 4 Arlo Pro 2 cameras in my system. All with charging cables installed. After many years 1 camera stopped charging. I took a shot and just replaced the charging cable with one of these cables. Luckily it is charging again. I guess the charging cables can go bad after awhile. These cables work perfectly and Now I have extras for the next time.

These Alertcam worked great with my Arlo pro 2 cameras, just like the Wasserstein quick charge 3.0 that are compatible with Arlo pro and pro 2, that I had before these Alertcam quick charge that power my batteries and cameras. Alertcam would have gotten 5 stars only because these are new, time will tell how long they last.

This is great because you don't have to worry about changing/charging the battery. It fits very snug as part of the water proof protection so don't be discouraged when you first plug it in and you think it's not connecting. You really have to get it in there good and tight and just right.

I ordered this product approximately 6 months ago, 2 of the 3 are plugged in outside. One of the 3 charger blocks has now failed and does not work anymore. Both outdoor charging blocks and cords are showing signs of rust at the USB end.

This is a good option to use where there is an electrical connection available to keep the cameras charged without having to worry about their power running out. Particularly if the camera is placed at a location where removing it to replace /recharge the battery pack is difficult to access.

It is great BUT I wish they included more clips to fasten the wire to the wall. I like their little clips that are nailed to the wall to guide the power cord, if they included another 18, 6 more for each wire, it would be very helpful. These are very small and are fairly delicate.
