To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Having searched some time for a wall mounted DVD/Blu-Ray rack which stored many cases and was relatively low profile, I settled on this one. Overall I am happier than I thought I would be.
Assembly is easy as was mounting. It comes with simple mounting hardware consisting of four (4) screws and drywall anchors.
One critism is that there should be two sets on mounting holes on the top and bottom of each piece. The issue is that once mounted, there is a very slight bow in the centre which causes the entire piece to not become completely flush with the wall. It is rather minor but it was something I instantly noticed.
Also, unfortunately there isn't a slot for oversized cases which is a bummer, but I knew that going in.
4.0 out of 5 stars
Better than expected.

I read all the reviews and decided to order this tower fully expecting to have to MacGyver my way through the assembly and to make it sturdier. Figured it would make a good project to help kill some "pandemic time".... boy was I wrong. It took about 10 seconds to unwrap the plastic, 3 seconds to assemble and it is more than sturdy enough for my use even without anchoring to the wall, and it only took a few minutes to fill (games, dvds and blu-ray all fit).
Now my room looks neat and tidy as I slowly go insane from boredom. Highly recommended (the tower - not the boredom).
The metal frame was strong but the shape was kinda out-of-alignment. It took me a considerable time and energy to force all four pegs of the top part into the bottom half.
Once assembled it looked a little tilted - so definitely needed to be attached to the wall. However the little back plate/ screw holes are too far away from the wall. I used a 10 Kg dumbbell (at its bottom) and copper wires to make it stable.
It does looks nice and hold many standard-sized CD's, with several slots for dual-CD boxes.
WAY!!!! Smaller than I expected. Does NOT hold DVDs. In fact, it is exactly as described. It will only hold CD's. The CDs will stick out almost half way which is why it lost a star for me. The wiring space is very small between slots so it's nearly an exact fit for CDs.
Also, it does NOT stand up like in the image (it does but it's very easy to tip over!). Instead, it comes with a wall mount so you can screw it into the wall (comes with wall-plugs for use with dry-wall).
Other than that, it is exactly as described - Just a plain old CD rack.
