    The item came with just the Australian Post packaging. The post package was sealed and seem okay, however, the item was badly damaged. It looked like it was damaged even before it was sent out...I was very disappointed..

    Came fast and overall looks good so I’m happy, however the packaging used to send it doesn’t protect the album edges from damage since I expected it to come in a proper box and bubble wrap like other sellers usually do it. I love the amount of hard work BTS put in to make this. <3

    Despite the confusion about when the album would arrive I received mine the day after release. I expected the album to come in a box and bubble wrapped but it just came wrapped in cardboard where the outer box could easily get damaged (thankfully it wasn’t).
    As always BTS came back with an amazing album which offers comfort and joy in a time where we all need it, thank you <3
