And an update. 2 days after I posted this review, and after only a couple of rounds sprouting seeds, the lids have rusted. Definitely not stainless steel. Won't be buying again. Downgraded to 2 stars.
Apart from one being broken, they are amazing jars and I can’t wait to start using them.
The only thing is that they are a bit expensive though (saw something similar in a shop later on for less money but more jars) and you do need to make sure you wipe them well after washing as the tiniest drop of water will make the inside of the lid start to rust a bit.
Other than that, I like them :-)
