Reading the reviews I realised these come up big. I am a size 24 normally and ordered a L thinking it’ll fit because I was told to go small. It was really too small and uncomfortable. I sent it back and went for an XL and it’s perfect. Room for growing as I’m only 14 weeks and very comfortable.
A little background to help people with sizing references. I am 25 weeks pregnant, 255 lbs 5’5” tall I am Apple shaped and have a large stomach with loose sagging skin from my previous pregnancy. I wear a 2-3x (usually 3x but have been able to wear 2x during pregnancy) and I wear a L in Walmart pregnancy leggings because I’m very Apple shaped. So, I read the reviews and decided to go with the XL-18/20 size because reviews said it ran big. Well, this is true. To be honest I should’ve gotten a L but I know I’ll be getting a lot bigger in the next few months. It’s very stretchy so when I got it I thought it was going to be too small. It keeps me constricted I really like it. I was originally wearing a light pair of spanks to round my belly out to a D shape and to help secure my sagging stomach. It wasn’t comfortable because the shapewear would dig into my shoulders and I couldn’t wear underwear with them if I wanted to be able to use the bathroom easily. These is a great brand and I’m considering buying another one so I have a spare while I wash the first one.

This band was perfect for me. I ordered the biggest size, it fits perfectly. im 2x and weigh 275-280. I am 5'6 and it fits perfectly. My reason for 4 stars is this band is NOT black. It is Navy Blue. That was disappointing as you can see it when I wear low shirts which defeats the purpose of the band. So if your wanting something black, this is not it. The packaging is says black, but the band is blue. Will post pics when I get home. Other than that it is great
I'm almost 32 weeks along with my 4th child. I am plus sized and normally wear a 22-24 with most of my weight being in my stomach area. I have been reading reviews on all kinds of bands before I ordered this one (and a Velcro one to compare). I just got it yesterday (Thanks Prime!) and put it on this morning to wear to work. I've had a lot of lower back pain and lower abdominal pressure/pain. I ordered the XL since it says for 18-20 and I had read to order a smaller size then what you normally wear. It's comfortable and easy to put on. At first I was worried about it fitting but it has stretch. I definitely think I could have even ordered a L so it would have been a bit tighter especially for my lower back. But I'll keep this one since I still have about 2 months to go. I would recommend down sizing one or even two sizes.
