This cook book is awesome except for one kind of huge issue: a lot of the recipes have ingredients that are double listed. Meaning, the ingredients are listed then, listed again. So it's REALLY important to read the recipe thoroughly BEFORE actually making that recipe. I probably should give it 3 stars because of this problem but, the book is pretty exceptional. You'd think, is betty crocker not paying anyone to proof read their books anymore? Kind of embarrassed for them. Happy gluten free baking!
