Quise devolver el productor pero tenia que pagar la guía, el auricular dejo de funcionar para conectar dos dispositivos a la vez a los pocos días. tras mi compra emitió guía de envío pero no lo entrega a la paqueteria y tarda varios días, el sonido no es tan bueno, tuve mala suerte con el producto pero un punto bueno que tiene el producto es la duración de la batería que si es muy buena pero ahora solo lo puedo utilizar conectado a un solo dispositivo.
OJO: antes de comprar este producto con este vendedor coticen con otros u otras tiendas en linea y se llevaran una grata sorpresa, es un producto importado de china, si funcionara para los 2 dispositivos a la vez estaría bien.

I have been using this for about 6+ months...

I use this mainly for my office meetings (via laptop). This works just fine and audio quality is superb. My voice is heard by others clean as well. The batter lasts for about 3-4 days with average meeting time of 4 hours a day...

The only concern is that it fits about 75% on the ears and falls down if I bend down / move my head suddenly... I think this is the case with moist of its similar products... Anyway this is not a big concern.

My New Bee NB-B41 Bluetooth earpiece has been working great for me for about 2 months by now. I am very happy with it. I am very impressed with the battery / long play time. I leave it on for the whole day and may play videos for 4- 5 hours and it only take about 10-15 minutes to charge it full after such use. It pairs easily and quickly. The range is as claimed. The call quality is great. The sound quality is good. There is no discomfort to wear.
Since the answer / hang up button is under the top end of the face plate, I accidentally disconnected some phone calls when I received the called and then put the earpiece into my ear due to my pushing on the top end of the face thus the switch. Once I pay attention to that, I don't have any problems anymore.
Considering everything and especially the price, I'd say that this is a great Bluetooth earpiece to buy.
