It is a pity that the drivers on the mini-CD are different from those on their web site. It's best to load the drivers from the CD. Once the correct drivers are installed everything works as promised.

the Bluetooth 5.0 adapter is easy to install although the computer I have doesn't have a disc drive but the drivers were easy to find online and download and once I had those installation was only a few seconds, followed by a system restart and the adapter was connected and ready to use, I noticed it found other bluetooth devices a faster then my phone and tablet do also which use an older version of Bluetooth.

It works well, though not the easiest to install. I didn't want to just "try and plug it in and see what happens", so I did make sure to download the drivers and install them first. Their website is pretty poor, so it took me way longer than it should to find the right files. But once downloaded, the rest was easy.
Once installed I could use it like any other Bluetooth system 👍

You need to install the drivers from the mini CD that comes with the unit, but once that's done it works well. Takes a while to recognise all of the Bluetooth devices, but once paired the connection is stable. Had some issues with the connection to earbuds dropping out when I walked into the room next door which is only a few metres away and the walls are plasterboard partition so not exactly heavy construction. So I guess the signal isn't the strongest, but for the price of the unit I'm certainly happy with it.

Also for Win 10 you need to install drivers from a disk and not everyone has a optical drive so a download link would prove beneficial.
