After the first package (second one in a week) was “lost” it finally arrived. It is a skirt that comes past the knees, not a tutu and the shirt most definitely does not go off the shoulder, not even almost. All in all it will serve the purpose but you won’t get what you see in the pictures. After unraveling the gloves, they fit at least. That the only reason I gave it 2 stars. Save the money.

Great color and also the tulle skirt is very long, to the knees, from the picture it looks like it is short, I'm 6'1 and was to my knees so someone that may be on the shorter side the skirt may be very long.. but love it!!!
