They call it a tea, but it's really more like coffee -- only it doesn't have caffeine in it. OMG, could that be true, I asked the person who told me about this 'tea'... And it is true. You have to make it like tea, and when you've made it you throw away the grounds (or put them on your pot plants). Roasted dandelion and chicory tea can have milk and sugar/sweetener pout in it, just as you would do with coffee. It tastes great. And the most important thing is that it is much better than decaffeinated coffee -- it tastes much better: it tastes more like coffee than decaffeinated coffee does.
And this 1kg pack looks expensive but it's the best way to buy it. You can get it in tea bags from the supermarket, and they are good but not very efficient, and a bit costly.
This stuff is great for a late night hot drink.
It's supposed to be 'good for you', too -- but I don't know anything about that.
