This is an incredible invention. I can now hand mix doughs with less stress on my hands—this is the best blend of a wire whisk and a spatula for mixing, and it’s easy enough to get out most of any dough caught in the smaller coils before having to wash it, and you can turn the whisk to make a good bowl-edge scraper. Minimal wasted dough is good.
The lame comes with ten of the thinnest steel blades imaginable...like, thinner that an aluminum can wall, but for scoring dough they have good longevity—even more if you know how to be resourceful with all four corners. Just be very careful!

I had never heard or seen one of these before doing research on starting sourdough. I do make bread and found this to be a great value set and thought I would try it out. I am so happy I did. It comes in beautifully boxed so easily one could wrap it up for a gift. Since I have never seen this type of whisk before, I was surprised at how large it is. Very sturdy, easy to clean. I tried this whisk for the first time when making a loaf of whey dutch oven bread. I have made it several times before and this whisk definitely helped incorporate the ingredients quicker. I also tried the lame. I really think this will be a fun addition to bread making. I stored the bread in the bag and was not impressed with that. The bread did dry out faster than I could eat it. But overall, I am very happy with my purchase and happy with the quality of the individual products in one box.

I have always made my no knead sourdough in the stand mixer but got this set when I was supply for a bread lame. This was strong and sturdy, made stirring the dough very easy! Haven't used the lame yet. The storage bag is a nice touch.

Love it. The handle was sturdy, instruction was clear, the cutting pieces were sharp and it came with a bread bag. It was also neatly packaged in a box that can be used for storing. The cutting pieces razors has a cute embossed leather holder. The whisk I used for baking scones and it came together quickly and effortlessly. I then mixed a loaf of Irish soda bread and had fun decorating the top! Loved it!
