If this matched the product photo, which shows a well stuffed, comfy looking dog bed, I'd be satisfied. What arrived is understuffed and not comfortable for the pooch. There is probably only half the stuffing material it should have. Basically useless.
The good news? It does appear well made and durable, so that's good. But it flunked the main criteria of a dog bed (also the easiest part?).
We got this for our new puppy, as expected there was a few accidents on it. The cover comes right off and washes up so well you'd never know there was awful things on it. the inner bed wipes right clean with no smell or wetness left behind. I'm thinking of buying a bigger one once she grows up
Incredibly comfy bed. Very similar to my Endy pillow. Took cover off and fluffed up the foam for a few minutes. Put the cover back on... placed on bed frame... 14 year old pooch is very happy - and he does not uaually take to new beds veey quickly. I will definitely buy another one. Gave 3 stars for 'easy to clean' because if a dog pees on this it will soak through and you can't put the inner layer in the wash. Seems like it could withstand some solid suckling from a pup.
My dog seems to be happier in his crate now. I was super worried when it arrived - I live in Canada and it was delivered on a cold day and since it arrives vacuum rolled it was so lumpy when I got it, but after a few days in the warm its really puffed up nicely for my boy. He's super skinny (whippet type dog) so I wanted something nice and thick for his bony butt. Super happy with this!!
I chose this bed because it seemed to be the cheapest, thickest option for a bed to go in my dog's kennel. While it was thick and comfy, I overestimated how durable it would be. The inner cushion is made of memory foam scraps held inside a very thin fabric. My dog chewed a small hole in it and I couldn't keep the scraps from flying everywhere. Would be great for a very gentle dog, but wouldn't recommend for a chewer!
I have an old border collie with a fatty tumor under her right leg. Not a health risk, and too risky to have removed at her age, but an uncomfortable inconvenience for her.. This bed provided a welcome relief for her. It took maybe a week for her to get used to it because of the way it countered her body when she was on it, but now she loves it and sleeps 100x better than before.
