To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
I've been using a budget espresso machine for years, but after it packed it in, someone put me on to pour over coffee and told me to buy a v60. This is probably the most convenient way to make coffee and the coffees I get out of this thing are deliciously smooth. Once you have the amount of coffee grinds dialled in the provided spoon, you'll get great coffees every time. The glass server is also fantastic for when you have guests or want a few cups of coffee and beats having to get up to make another coffee when you're busy. Overall a fantastic product and buying it through Amazon prime meant it was at my door in no time.
We'd been wanting a Hario V60 set and this was such a good buy! In the product description, it says that it comes with a 100-pack of the filters, but in the bullets you'll notice it says 40-pack. It's 40, so just FYI. Such a good deal nonetheless.
Great filter coffee maker. Really nice that they include papers and scoop. Stylish appearance. Hadn’t realised I was buying a cult item when I ordered this, haha, there are baristas who seem to have almost written PhD theses on it, complete with Materials and Methods sections with precise weights, volumes and pour-over technique! Transforms even supermarket own-brand ground coffee into a treat. Very pleased thank you.
It's brilliant, but although it has cup sizes on the side totalling 5, it holds a little over 2 average mugs, or one extra large mug as shown in my photo. Instruction booklet is in Japanese but the pictures and numbers make it easy enough to decipher, including how long to microwave it to reheat, as there are no metal parts.
