With the 1L NEW Chute Mag Vacuum, you can get a cold drink and a smooth pour every time. The new magnetic top keeps the cap out of the way while you drink. This vacuum-insulated bottle keeps liquids cold for 24 hours (even longer if you add ice), and hot for six. The sturdy, double-walled steel design keeps condensation from collecting on the sides of the bottle, and the powder-coat paint job adds some extra color. The narrow-mouthed opening also makes it easy to drink and pour without spilling, so you won't waste a single drop. After all, nobody wants to refresh or refuel with a lukewarm drink.

Most water bottles have a cap, which makes it really difficult to drink out of, the small cap makes a huge difference in just using the bottle.
It's great at keeping water cold, I usually fill it up with ice, which lasts at least 2 days.
Thankfully this insulated version is much better, I've made a drink with ice for lunch and the ice will not have melted by the time I go to bed and there is literally ZERO condensation. Another bonus is I personally hate drinking out of a metal lid, but the bottle has the typical CamelBak magnet lid made of plastic which is universal with my old bottle.
First few weeks it’s been fine - even bragged to a few peeps about how cool it stays and how the magnetic lid stays out of the way when you drink from it.
All well and good until that same lid fails and realise your back is soaked, a ruined note pad and your bag is saturated.
Very disappointed. The leak appears to come from within the coloured hinge and cap somewhere.
*insert ‘You had one job’ meme here* and for $45 you’d expect it to do it well.
The water however, did stay cold.
The negative thing was that the bottle started to leak after 3 weeks of use. It might be an unlucky batch but I was unable to stop the bottle from leaking.

The bottles are made out of stainless steel so when full they can feel quite heavy so bear that in mind if weight is an issue. I also like the mag cap that keep the bottle top from flopping about when you take a drink (very clever idea).
I use both of mine for water and boy does it keep it cold. I add a ice cubes in the bottom first thing in the morning and then fill with cold water from the fridge, it sits on my desk at work all day and is still ice cold in the evening.
I absolutely love these bottles and don't know how I've managed without them. Highly recommended and if you buy you will not be disappointed.
Can happily say I’m highly pleased at the quality of this bottle compared to the original chute and other metal bottles I’ve owned. The cap system is a massive upgrade, and the new metal insulated bottle is high quality and well finished. Surprisingly not much bigger than my 750ml original bottle which is a nice bonus, still fitting in my laptop bag.
Think I’ll be trading in the old bottles for more of this new version.
Highly recommend this for anywhere you want a good amount of cold drink as the litre size bottle keeps things cold for a long time, as of now I have not tested the ability to keep hot drinks hot but will update the review once the weather cools down and the coffee replaces the ice water.
With this bottle I use it for work mostly. If you put it down on a desk it makes a loud clank as the bottom is metal. This is totally fine just a warning to others if you work in a quiet place like me. Get a coaster too :)
However, I love the magnetic connection, that all the black top part unscrews to make it easy to empty/fill/clean. Not used it for hot water yet to see how it retains heat.
Love the look of it and how it feels, but it is heavier than I expected which means I can't put it in my netted side pocket of my backpack. I tend to chop and change between using this one and a very cheap, plastic water bottle depending on where I am, where I'm going...
The only thing I would say and the reason why I only gave 4 stars, is that it's a bit large and heavy for hiking, I would have opted for another 0.75L size if they were made in that size, 1L is a little large whilst 0.56L is too small.
The twin cap is the main feature and boy isn’t it awesome. It gives you both the ability to easily pour your drinks/add ice and comfortably drink it afterwards. The handle is also good sized making it almost a joy to carry.
The only downside is that the cup can feel flimsy at times (it’s just the way it opens not the built quality itself), but you get used to it quickly.
Overall 10/10 would buy again.
Definitely recommend this for anyone who likes there drinks to stay cold, or hot, far beyond what is expected
