There was a problem filtering reviews right now. Please try again later.
Only 'gripe ' I have is that it is a a bit smaller than I anticipated. Height is good, but width & depth I imagined 2 to 3 cm bigger.
But overall it is a good machine.
If anybody has any suggestions about how to get her to use this thing (we would save 1000's on catfood), please do share...
Due to COVID-19 PANDEMIC there were more pressing priorities to demand my attention.
I now realise THERE IS A PUMP PART MISSING!!!
B: IMPELLER CAP!
TOTAL WASTE OF $50!!!!!

For five grown cats and four 6 week old kittens, this water fountain lasts for a full day/night before requiring topping up. (The cats/kittens do also have a separate water bowl they will also finish of in the same amount of time)
It's a lot easier (less spillage) to fill up than the other one I have as well with it being sturdier (possibly due to size)
The cats (& also now kittens) much prefer to drink from the fountain as apposed to drinking from their bowl.
The colour is bright and vibrant. The middle flower part is easy to remove and clean. You may find it's easier to do such a task by using a cheaply bought bottle brush used for babies bottles.
The adult cats drink from this fountain as well.
Good value for money. Especially for kittens.
Cats love them and use them not a problem there. Such a shame. I got them because our cat was taken in to the vets and nearly died due to bladder issues, they reccomended a fountain or two to promote better fluid intake and that worked and helped him get better. Now i have to find the money again after an £800 vet bill paid to get a better version of these!
I use catit products for long time and never had issue with them, bought this thinking it will meet same standards.
It’s so loud, really, to a point that I now unplugged and stored it (will bin it because can’t return, destroyed box)
The lid poorly designed and doesn’t attach properly.
1 star because can’t give 0, and I will never bin a box trusting a brand again because now I can’t even return it
It would be good if there was an on/off switch on the unit, rather than having to unplug at the power source. And also a design so that a pool of water remains when switched off. I think if we could have introduced it with the power off as a water source then she might be taking to it by now. Or it could be that the filter makes the water smell unappealing to her. She's a really fussy and really neurotic cat so who knows! On a positive note, we also bought her the Wellness Centre from the same range, and she LOVES that!
Just be aware that this is not a free pass to change the water every month. To keep the water fresh it should be changed at least once a week and ideally twice a week. Your cats will appreciate it!
