Reviewed by my cat: “I love this product and it supports my luxurious lifestyle. The daily face massages I enjoy with catnip aromatherapy are important for my beauty routine, it’s like going to the cat spa. It looks nice in the kitchen too. My person replaced the stickers after a couple of months with stronger ones from Wilko, as I rubbed it so hard I knocked it off. I’ve request another one for the bathroom where I like to go and rub against the cabinet like a weirdo”
EDIT: My cat is still crazy about this, while not as obsessed as he was originally, he still does use it. It is great for cats with social disorders and all around a great product. HOWEVER, the product came with a bag of catnip and I want to write to warn not to use this catnip. I have cut my fingers twice now reaching into the bag of cat nip to give it to my cats. It appears that there are small, quite sharp slivers of something in the bag that I have had to remove from my skin with tweezers. I hope the manufacturer reads this and immediately stops sending out this specific catnip with the product. If it was not for that, I would have given this 5 stars.
The bristles are extremely hard - my cat sliced her lip right open. Look at the photos, that’s blood! It was such a nasty cut too, right through the lip. I complained to them directly and sent the photos and they have refused to accept that the product might have been responsible; I think this is a dangerous attitude. I’ve had to throw mine away and I would NOT recommend it.
I saw the review on here that said it had cut her cat and because I could only see one like that and lots of positive reviews, I thought I'd give it a go. It is very stiff, like other reviewers have said and the 'teeth' are pretty sharp. I thought it might be the grey edge that might be sharp, but actually, it is the teeth. My cat is a big fusser and would have loved this but he is also very enthusiastic and I think, because he has a skin condition that reacts badly to scratches etc, it wasn't worth the risk, so I returned. Think I might just buy a nail brush which is softer and try and stick that to the wall. This is a bigger size than than, but as I say, much to stiff and sharp.
Tat cat says "my loverly beautiful mummy stuck this on the edge of the kitchen door for me last Christmas I wondered what it was.. then she sprayed it with catnip and WOW I was gone man! just gone.. brushing my face along those loverly hard bristle thingies.. since then every few days when I sit in front of it and look pleadingly her she gives another spray of catnip on it and I'm gone again hehe I have to admit she is now buying me a second one cos I have finally rubbed this first off the door. Thank you mummy I loves you soooo much xx ❤
