We loved the revival process as our Mr. Chonky seal arrived flat vacuum packed! Came sooner than expected. The only problem was a split seam, which required mending with a needle and thread.

The pattern printing was very discoloured. Weirdly green or blue in places. Very cuddley still.

I got this gift for Christmas, and he’s been a part of the family ever since. Soft, pillowy, great to have lounging around the house. I can use him for stress relief because he’s so soft, he doesn’t care if he gets squished. Wonderful product. Would buy again.

I purchased this seal pillow during quarantine in the hopes that he would bring some much-needed joy to my lonely quarantine existence. I thought I would be receiving a sweet, loving seal that would welcome me with open fins for daily snuggle seshes. The smile on his face in the advertised pictures, - warmed my cold heart and I just knew we would be friends forever. Unfortunately, what I received was a little different then the amazon photos. Maybe this was due to the vacuumed SEALed bag, but that could also be my way of coping. The seal I received is not as welcoming as I originally thought he would be. The face of a very judgmental seal pillow now stares at me with disgust and almost a touch of attitude on a daily basis. I hate to go as far to say that he is almost a little too smug to want me to snug. I am still giving this pillow 5-stars because he is a thicc boy and I just can’t stay upset with him.

But after washing and drying them, they were taken out to rest in the sun for a bit. This caused them to become the soft chubby plushies that I love.
