More challenges, more development and several plots to undermine Charles and his budding trade empire. Someone finally calls him on his risky management style. Back on earth a bad call means a quarter of growth down but on this world a bad call can result in sacked towns and villages. From this entry on it seems the story is covering a wider area.

Another great work. As always it was pleasure to read another part in this series, now time for book number four. Hopefully there is much more books because it is great fun. Thank You

Building a Good BookReviewed in the United States on 9 April 2020
I've enjoyed each of the CivCEO books so far, but in many ways I think this is the best to date. Well plot wise. In this book, we finally see the character get some corrective criticism. Unfortunately, he does not let that criticism really alter him much, at least not yet, so the characters growth is expanding. This is a solid book, and the plot was creative. It was enjoyable to see where the author took the story. I particularly liked the characters on the new continent. They are both creative and unique. The introduction of the elder dragon guarantees I'll be looking for book 4. The only negative I will give is Editing. What seems to be the main issue with any a Kindle book. There are not many in this book, but they are quite noticeable, with the wrong words being used, or the sentences structured in ways that just do not make sense. Hopefully book 4 will get a more thorough review before publishing.

I enjoyed the book and found no great mistakes. While good I find economic LitRPGs to lack a bit of action. As such I give it a 4/5.

Can't wait for the next book. Again I have to write a lot. For me it's simple enough: I like the book enough for 5 Stars.
