Best as an overnighter

I travel in short 2 to 3 night stays and have to travel with suits, shirts and ties. I won't lie - if you pack suits and shirts, you're going to arrive at the other end of your flight at hotel check-in with wrinkled clothes. I literally had to re-iron my shirts...and to give you an idea about how the necessity...I'll do almost anything to avoid ironing. So overnight is the sweet spot for people with suits. If you've got more latitude with what you wear, this is a good bag, but for me - looking to replace a suit pack and a Samsonite carry-on with one bag...it works but the wrinkling is such that the last time I travelled I went back to the suit pack. I'd literally rather go through the hassle of checking in baggage than deal with the wrinkles in my suits and have to re-iron the shirts. I will say this, however, I have not encountered the zip issues others have. Maybe I've been extra careful since reading these comments but it seems reasonably well-made to me. I'll also say I was pleasantly surprised how much you could get in this bad boy. It's impressive. Just pack wrinkle-free gear.
