A: Start by charging your keyboard completely, then turn the keyboard ON.

I absolutely love this! I got this for my placement to use with my 8" Huawei MediaPad T3 and it fits like a glove! It has made my work faster and the quality of the product is awesome! I adore the colours on the backlight as well! The teachers at my placement adore this case as well (which is also a bonus). I have not had any other keyboard tablet case before so I can't compare the heaviness of the case, but to me, I find it just right and I can carry it around for an extended period without feeling tired.

10/10 would recommend this if you're thinking of getting a case with a keyboard.

Battery dies after 3-4 minutes work

Don't bother with this. While the keyboard is just what I was looking for, unfortunately it dies after about 4 minutes. Followed the instructions providing a long first charge with no luck. Charged again, works then dies after a couple of minutes. Works fine when plugged in to charger so I'm guessing the batteries are crap. Unfortunately now the hassle of sending it back. Won;t buy again and will go for better quality brand. Waste of time unfortunately.

I really like this case. It is really well made and has a quality feel and appearance to it. I was also really pleased that it arrived after a couple of days as was not expecting it to be delivered so quickly due to the pandemic. It makes typing on my galaxy tab a lot easier and it feels like I have a mini laptop. I love the coloured lights on the keyboard (shallow, but I like pretty things and it's easier to type without being in a well lit environment) and it has been linked up easily to several different items (tablet, mobile, TV etc) easily enough. It takes some getting used to as it is smaller than an average keyboard (but I think I've adapted fairly quickly to the spacing). The finding of some of the symbols/functions can be a little more difficult to master, however, if you contact the company, they will assist you via email support. They are really good at this and this customer care makes a customer feel valued. While I'm adapting, I'm sometimes switching between typing with the keyboard and the virtual keyboard on my tablet screen but feel this will become easier over time.

The keyboard is so much better than the last one I had for a 10" tablet. The build quality of this one is in another league.

I usually buy a made to measure case, but opted for an adjustable one this time, so that when the time comes for me to upgrade my tablet, I don't have to replace the case.

The tablet is held in pace securely. The case doesn't have a cut out for a camera, but I don't anticipate this being much of problem as removing the tablet to take pics is quick and simple.

The reason I chose this particular keyboard is because the keys are backlit. Making typing easier in badly lit situations.
I've paired the keyboard toy tablet and my phone, it's was a doddle.

I haven't found the £ sign yet??
Other than that, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Physiological geometry problems

Got the 7 to 8 inch version for my windows tablet, came well packaged and with clear instructions on how to fit the tablet and pair with the keyboard, nice and easy, tablet retained very well by the straps. My one issue with it, my hands are too big for using the keyboard comfortably, and I end up daintily tapping at the keys with a reduced number of digits, feeling rather cramped as I do so... but that is my problem, and most would not likely encounter this; and it is still far better than using the touchscreen keyboard on the tablet. The key action is nice and smooth and registers keystrokes well, even with typing at speed (albeit a reduced speed due to cramped conditions). Backlight is a good addition for use in low light conditions, such as on a night flight. The keyboard is retained in the case by magnets, it is removable, but the magnets are strong enough that the keyboard won’t just fall out. Overall a great piece of kit, well designed, good quality, easy to use.

Couldnt work out where the 0 key was or why it wouldnt connect to my pad until my husband pointed out it doesn't have a 0 key but instead has two 4 keys side by side which is a tad inconvenient trying to contact seller currently to get problem rectified nearly £30 for something with a defect is not what I was expecting will happily up star rating If problem is resolved
