Product description
COSRX Centella Blemish Cream helps calm irritated skin and reduces size of blemishes. Formulated with an antibacterial component, Centella Asiatica Leaf Water, it evens out skin tone by reducing redness of the skin and fading acne scar and hyperpigmentation. * COSRX Centella Blemish Cream is not a moisturizer; it is more of a spot treatment cream for soothing irritated skin. Make sure to moisturize your face before applying COSRX Centella Blemish Cream. It may leave a white cast and may not be absorbed into your skin when applied in thick layer. Use it as a nighttime treatment. Note that spatulas are not included in the box anymore due to some changes made in packaging.

I have been using this on my dark spots for about a week and, whilst they don't do anything dramatic, I can see my skin healing nicely. Because I am quite fair skinned, the zinc oxide in the cream also acts like a concealer or colour corrector for my really red areas. Again, nothing too dramatic, but it has improved the overall appearance of my skin. Definitely recommend but don't mistake this for a super fast acting spot treatment. It's more to help heal your spots than to aggressively dry them out.
This is really good at calming down my big angry pimples, ranging from deep painful cysts to small red blind pimples threatening to form soon. Cures my acne faster than usual!
After doing research I found out one of its key active ingredients is zinc oxide and that this ingredient calms down inflammation.
- Product arrived the next day - Absolutely LOVE this product! I have sensitive oily acne-prone skin and this didn't leave my skin feeling clogged or oily. It helped reduce pigmentation, my scars faded little by little and my active acne was reduced. Will rebuy this product! - Moisturizing, and I can still use moisturizer on top of this product :) - Has an herbal smell (not in a bad way, it's soothing for me)

This stuff is great at getting rid of the inflammation part of your pimples. Brings down the puffiness and redness but doesn’t really help with the actual pimple. still an amazing product because overnight my pimple is less red and swollen and looks better the next day. Product is very thick and has a white cast like sunscreen. Should only be used as a spot treatment

First of all,I had to sacrifice my savings.it's expensive for such a small container!and secondly,it does fade scars but it's kinda slow.but maybe it's still better than nothing.I have acne breakouts and recently,I've had it bad around my cheeks and chin.of course, the product claims ONLY in fading scars so I didn't expect it to shoo away my bitter enemy acne.the good thing here is while it took me 2-3 months for my acne scars to fade naturally(that is if new acne don't come up BUT THEY ALWAYS DO!!),this product has made it fade in 2-3 weeks.it just shortens the process
Received it in good condition. Will be testing it’s effectivity soon! Hope it works for me.
I was originally looking to get the madecassoside cica gel since that helped tremendously in soothing and moisturizing my sensitive acne-prone skin as well. Although I remember being told that I have to give cosrx a try.

I don't think this is anything special. It reminds me of diaper rash cream, which isn't surprising because the key ingredient in both of these things is zinc. Zinc does have healing properties so I'll hang on to this, but it's not my go to.
