Diet-wise, sticking to the plan (for lunch and dinner) seems to be working, with results of about 1kg weight loss per week so far, without cutting down on alcohol (phew!).
There are so many good looking recipes in here I don't think we will get bored of cooking out of this book for quite some time. Great job CSIRO!

It has some good recipes, shopping lists and information on the science around the plan. The main theme is low carbs in day and no carbs in evening. There are some delicious recipes that I still use.
The recipes are great and we continue to eat many of them and improvise. I have given a copy of this book to a friend, not as a diet book but as a recipe book.
This diet is perfect as the chosen diet for the Beck Diet Solution Workbook. They really complement each other.
