The disc had popped off the holder and was loose in the cover. There did not appear to be any scratches so it's all good.

Nice visuals and audio. I really wanted to get into this game but it’s too confusing and a drag to figure out what to do and how to craft. The story is nice but the dialog is too long. With so many games to play nowadays I couldn’t even get past the prison island which was beautiful by the way. I didn’t have the patience to talk to everyone and try to understand what to do next. Its unfortunate because it’s a good looking game with good reviews. Just doesn’t cut it especially with so many good games waiting to be played.

Llevo apenas unas horas, más no sé necesita mucho para observar que no deja que desear ni en aspecto gráfico (aprovecha excelente la resolución 4k / HDR en PS4 Pro), ni en audio (orquestado a todo momento), ni en tema de gameplay. Recomendado 100% para amantes de los juegos de rol clásicos y quienes anhelen una experiencia de rol completa.

Es quizá el más interactivo de los juegos de rol electrónicos, casi todos los elementos del esceneario te permiten interactuar, y los distintos elementos (agua, fuego, veneno, humo, etc) también interactúan entre ellos, a veces de formas imprevistas, pero siempre lógicas (el fuego evapora el agua, la electricidad la electrifica).

La historia es típíca de fantasía heroica a lo Tolkien: el diablo quiere conquistar el mundo, sólo ustedes pueden impedirlo, aunque es más oscura y adulta que cualquier palabra que Tolkien haya escrito en su vida, por lo que se acerca por momentos a Robert E. Howard en su desprecio por los dioses o a Michael Moorcock, en el sentido de ser una víctima de las circunstancias, una marioneta de los dioses.

Las misiones secundarias, a diferencia de las tonterías de Final Fantasy 7 Remake (encuentra mis gatos, reúne a los niños para su clase, consigue flores para hacer un adorno, misiones irrelevantes, absurdas), aquí todas forman parte de la misión principal. Más que misiones secundarias, son cosas que puedes investigar u omitir.

El único problema de este juego, que puede no ser un problema para algunos, es que es demasiado largo. Tras 160 horas, todavía no veo el final cerca, y ya me cansé de jugar de forma cuidadosa, protegiendo a los NPCs (personajes secundarias). Normalmente, cuando un personaje secundario se unía a una batalla, me enfocaba en matenerlo con vida para que la historia prosiguiera con nuevas misiones o nueva información. Si lo mataban, reiniciaba el juego y cargaba un archivo anterior. Pero ya no, si lo matan, ahora sólo quiero terminar el juego y saber qué pasa.

Algo que tampoco me gustó, aunque es muy útil pues el juego está diseñado así, es el sistema de clases. No tiene sentido elegir una clase porque si eliges un guerrero, también puedes usar magia. Es decir, aunque inicias con una clase, no existen las clases, la clase sólo es un elemento narrativo (si eres un estudioso--scholar--, tendrás distintas opciones de diálogo y podrás convencer a los NPCs al decirles algo diferente a si eres un héroe, un bromista o un místico. Pero en el combate, todos los personajes son iguales, y la diferencia sólo radica en las armas que les des.

PD. No juegues con un personaje personalizado, elije uno de los seis preestablecidos, pues los personajes personalizados no tienen historia, mientras que los demás, tienen historias riquísimas, y estas historias desbloquean nuevas misiones.

Como siempre, el juego llegó en excelente estado y a tiempo. Es una gozada, todo lo que hagas importa y todo es posible, no hay momento en que el juego te diga "NO". ¿Quieres abrir una puerta pero no tienes la llave? rómpela, ¿quieres un objeto muy muy costoso? róbalo. Es increíble lo que este pequeño estudio ha logrado. Mención a parte el doblaje ya que no solo es bueno, sino que hasta el ser mas insignificante tiene voz. 10/10

I didn't even know this game existed until recently. I am totally engrossed in it. It is an absolute must have for rpg fans! I'd say it's one of the finest games ever made, and I've been gaming since the 80's!
