If I could give it no stars I would. The buttons don’t line up, the pockets are holes with no liner so effectively just slits in the side of the coat. There are threads everywhere, this is worse than poor quality. I have seen a few others reviews that say the same thing therefore I think they have a clear QA issue.

I had read a few reviews saying what they had received was too big, so I ordered a size smaller than I thought I needed, but when it arrived today and I tried it on, it was still much too large. The sizing chart in the description says that a medium is 38 inch chest and 32 inch waist. If that were the case it would have been quite snug on me, but there's several extra inches of space in the chest, and there's enough space around the waist to where I could fit another person in there. Unfortunately, this is for a last minute fancy dress party and I don't have time to return it, so I may have to pad myself with pillows and go as the Nutty Professor!

I didn't expect to spend two hours removing stray threads and repairing places where the thread had come loose on a brand new product. It fit fine, and was nice and warm, but the quality of this lab coat was awful. I didn't expect it to be perfect, but for what you pay for I at least didn't expect it to be falling apart at the seams straight out of the packaging!
