Like the recipes and quick to do (as my husband is doing it with me, we tend to make the meals twice a week)
Will update if I do lose weight/inches.
The book is straightforward, easy to follow simple yet delicious recipes, ingredients easily found in UK supermarkets, tip- get yourself spoon and cup measuring bits, as the units are in american cups. Photos are lovely and help out with imagination, everything is well thought out, the only thing i still dont get why its 6 day plan not full 7 days? But thats not too much of an issue i just prepare next batch on day 6..
If you considering starting keto diet, i highly recommend this book its probably the best youll find and this comes from seasoned keto dieter :)
