I spend hours on end looking in hedgerows and ditches for those little pixie folk and when you catch them you need somewhere to store them.
Ok, so sometimes they will plead to let them go, but stick to your resolve, trap them and keep them as pets.
This wonderful contraction allows you to capture and store many little people in one space without means of escape. The perfect way to watch their little lives unfold through transparent plastic perfection.
All I need do is look down the tube through the clear caps and if there are any Insects in then you can tip some cricket powder in to coat the insect and then shake the critter into the Viverium. Highly recommended.
The only niggle is the the hatch on the top is a little small so tipping in the Hoppers from a tub is tricky.
This is so easy to use, as crickets like the dark so they escape the light by hiding in the tubes. To feed your reptile, place crickets into container, keep fed (gut loading food and some fresh veg)and watered (gel) simply remove a couple of tubes and empty them into the bag/container to dust them with vitamin powder, then shake them into the vivarium. Et voila! Happy reptiles, with minimum fuss!
The only problem is getting the crickets in there in the first place which can be really tricky. I recommend doing it outside just in case!
It also comes with two little tubs to put water gel and food in.
the crickets go in to be away from the light and you can look in from the end to see that they are there, you then just remove the tube and tap the amount you want out.Great help only gave 4 stars as the flap was broken when put in box.
Our crickets last a whole lot longer now as we can feed and water them, keeping them nice and fresh (much appreciated by 'George' our Bearded Dragon.
A very good service by Amazon arrived on time and well packaged.
