I didn't use it. And my review is nothing to do with the product itself yet. I return and replace the first one right after I received it. See pic 1 and 3. It was an open box and no foreo logo on the body. When I open it and touch the "Luna" itself, I don't feel like it worth the money I paid. So I carefully checked the item. And after I received the new one in pic 2 and 4 I am 100% sure the first one I received is a fake one. Just want to warn every one double check your item when you receive them. Hope this help.
THERE IS NO WAY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT! YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN!! My bf purchased the Luna mini2 for me on Amazon last year and it stopped working recently. I registered my device on their website as soon as I received the product for the warranty. So after mine is broken I went ahead submitted my warranty claim on their website on 09/12/2018 and I received an auto email said they would contact me within 2 days. It's been a week now and I heard nothing from them at all. Tried to call the 844 number, no one ever answered. At this point, I don't think that two year warranty is even a real thing. Won't ever consider this brand. Very irresponsible. Please be aware!
