My personal times and improvement I have seen since using these has far surpassed any previous training (or even squads that I have been involved in).
There is a slight hindrance in terms of your wider vision (on the right) due to the device, but I haven't found this to impact my swimming at all.
Whilst they are certainly more expensive than your average goggles, I would unreservedly recommend them to anyone who is a regular swimming looking to get some more assistance in the pool.

The phone application is also very comprehensive and synchronize immediately with my strava.
The goggles need a good 10min to get used to as the display takes a bit of your vision away but then it's all good. They fog up as any other goggles but they do keep the water out once correctly adjusted to your face (many different nose bridges provided).
They are obviously an expensive investment but to me it's another reason to get to the pool !
I have enjoyed the first few swims using these Form goggles, set up was easy, they fit well once I selected the right size nose bridge, and they don't leak or fog up. These factors to me are a non-negotiable. Now, this is where things got really interesting!
The ability to see real metrics while swimming is incredible, no more guessing! No more going out too hard on the first 50m, only to die later in the interval. I can become more steady, relaxed and in control of each and every moment of EVERY workout. There are so many options for what you'd like displayed, it's great. I used pace/100m, but will be trying some additional options over the next few weeks.
The metrics that are delivered post-workout are great, so many relevant and important measures. Data capture and analysis have been a big part of my training in cycling and running and up until now, I've been flying blind while swimming. I have just ordered the Polar Heart Rate addition which will allow for HR monitoring too.
If I have to find any fault, I'd say that it took a little while to get used to the vision and sighting using these goggles. I found myself lifting my head a little to see where I was going in the beginning. I would say that feeling and sensation went away after 2-3 swims. Now, it's totally fine and I am used to it.
Great product, and highly reccomended.
From a product perspective, this thing rocks. You won’t find anything better at this price point.
I feel like I’m Tony Stark one way or another and these goggles have been very critical to my swimming.
The doctor said my heart was weak and recommended swimming cause i have foot problems and running wasn’t good for my feet. And the Formswim goggles makes sure I’m on track and if counts all my reps.
Amazing product. Thank you FormSwim!
I thought there would be drag from the screen part of the goggles and this was not the case. Actually they where quite comfortable.
It is a great product and is exactly as advertised.
FORM, it would be interesting if you could add music in your next product! You are probably working on it..
The data collected matches my Garmin Fenix almost exactly down to the exact stroke count and every lap time is extremely accurate according to my Garmin. The best part I can adjust my stroke on a length and see how it affects my time after the turn.
I purchased the Polar heart rate monitor and the pair work seamlessly to give real time heartrate. I wish that these could save straight into Garmin Connect or download to fit or gpx file format. Uploading to Strava looses a lot of the metrics I need. Also, add the capability to see more metric on the turn screen.
Polar makes a heart rate monitor that works with these goggles, I bought that as well, I dont regret buying the HR monitor, but I wouldn't necessarily reccomend it either.
