The Pilot MR2 for sale from amazon uk takes international standard sized cartridges, and so this converter would be expected to work with it.
However, when I received it, the hole in the converter is just slightly too small to allow the converter to be inserted. I remedied this with a drill bit, carefully widening the hole out and removing any plastic from the converter and then it works perfectly.
If you're a Pilot MR owner, I'd advise against this converter unless you have the time and tools to widen the hole. Instead choose a different converter.
