To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.

Leading with WHY has a deeper, more emotional and ultimately more influential value. Use stories and themes to create a Why statement: To (contribution) So That (impact) For large organisation Why statements can be nested down to individuals. Having a valid why and that is shown and practised creates competitive advantage.

It might be good for a large organisations but I could find little of practical value. It seems to be a summary of one of their workshops and looses a lot in the translation to the printed page. If you are looking for this type of advice it may pay lo look elsewhere.
I bought this following on from Start With Why and have found it totally illuminating. Not a ‘style’ I’m usually comfortable with, but at this moment in time, both totally hit the mark and are helping me to move forward.
Simon Sinek is always engaging, always thought provoking. However, it strikes me that he draws upon the work of the Holocaust survivor, Viennese psychologist Victor Frankl, with not even a cursory acknowledgment.
David, Peter and Simon shared their field guide of Why Discovery Work-shop. Book serves its purpose of helping an individual / organisation to discover WHY. It provides step-by-step process for individual as well as for organisation. The process and templates are explained well. I have watched the Golden Circle video couple of times still I could relate with the process.
If one hasn't read the book 'Start With Why', then this reading becomes monotonous and mere process steps. I wish authors would have added more stories and example of individuals' discoveries.
