As the owner of the two troublesome toy poodles mentioned above. The best part about fruitables is their size, being chewy and ingredients. One of my two is quickly to swallow and not chew, so at least we have the option of splitting these up with our hands and don't even have to bother with a knife. However, that's rare as they typically get them whole as a treat for good behavior :)
We've purchase fruitables for the last 2 years and so long as the price doesn't ever sky rocket or the ingredients change dramatically, they will continue to be a daily treat for our two :)
I gave them 3 stars because they are good quality treats, nicely packaged, & definitely go through quality control (all treats looked perfectly shaped & even colored). However, my dogs didn't really like them & they're a bit expensive.
Missy goes Bonkers for them even though they are tiny. They are her favorite snack to get when I leave the house. My dog has terrible separation anxiety, and leaving the house used to be really difficult, sad and noisy. Now she's just dancing around the treat drawer waiting to get her fruitables before I leave! I love that!
dog food, recently sold to a large dog food manuf., I started to cook for them myself. If I'm picky about their
food, you must know I'm also picky about their treats. We've pretty much settled on Fruitables--made in the USA
from USA sourced ingredients--along with chicken jerky also USA sourced and made. This is the first time we've
tried the skinny minis. Like the other Fruitables, they smell so good you'll want to eat them yourself--espec. the
Blueberry! The big difference is these are soft chews vs. the original crunchy ones and they have fewer calories.
Both kinds are gluten free flower shaped treats. My Girls love them.

We've tried the other chewy treat flavors like Pineapple + Bacon, but it has such a strong bacon-esque odor and strangely our dog won't eat them no matter how much we offer it to him. Recently, I noticed that the treats have changed although the flavor has stayed the same. The consistency of them is much better! Before, the treats would harden slowly once the bag was opened or even sealed bags of treats no way near the expiration dates were super hard. I couldn't break them apart with my fingers like I normally could. The new-and-improved treats produced 2016 onward are still perfectly chewy, but when my dog is sick or refusing to eat we like to crumble the treats over his food. The price of the treats are very reasonable and inexpensive and are often offered as 'add-ons' when you purchase them here on Amazon. At Petco and other pet stores, I've seen the snacks sold at almost double the price offered here.
For reference, our dog is a terrier Chihuahua mix. He is almost two years old and weighs 11.5 pounds at the moment.
My friend's dog loves it! But I guess dogs are different because I did try and give some treats to one of my neighbors dogs and he spit it out quickly 😅
Also my dog is a pescitarian and can't have meat proteins. These are meat free which is hard to find in dog treats!
Pluss the doggos LOVE them.
These and Tricky Trainers are my only go tos for meat & grain free dog treats!
Try not to feed her a ton of meat-heavy or calorie-laden products, but also want her to have a bit of variety.
The fruitables are amazing. And break apart easily so we don't have to feed her so many treats during training sessions.
I bought her a variety pack with the other flavors (apple bacon & one other). She loves all of them. Great product and great ingredients!
Me first Me first !” They absolutely just love these treats and I know that they are good for my four legged friends. I have them delivered every month. 5-10% discount-deal
