Analog Watch with Activity Tracking
Whether you take your steps in 3-inch heels or 3-piece suits, the vívomove watch gives you the luxury of all-day activity tracking without losing style. The elegant timepiece tracks steps and monitors sleep, too. And with an impressive battery that powers your watch for up to 1 year, vívomove is ready to go whenever you are.
Data for Now and for Later
A glance at the vívomove watch face shows your step progress and move bar, but your watch also collects plenty of other data you can view later on your phone or desktop. vívomove automatically transfers data to the Garmin Connect Mobile app throughout the day, so you have access to information such as how many steps you’ve taken, distance traveled, calories burned and more.
It's go time. Garmin Connect is our free online community where people on the move can save, plan and share their activities. Beat yesterday in your daily step count or epic run. Get digital insights tailored to your stats and habits, like cues to move and healthy tips. Connect with other users to challenge and compete. Available on your desktop or compatible mobile device.

There's nothing to complain about in terms of battery life. Aesthetically, it's a bit on the wider side but it looks nice on my wrist.
My one issue for it is the mobile app. The user experience is definitely not fast; I found it difficult to sync the watch to my device to see how many steps I took (apparently you can't sync from the app; you have to press and hold the crown on the watch itself and even then syncing is slow and not consistent). But there's a tracker on the watch that lets you know what percentage of your daily goal you've reached (percentage is nice but personally, I like to see the number of steps). It also doesn't track heart rate, which is fine with me.
Overall, a nice product but I wouldn't recommend it to friends. It's got a great look, but limited function.
overall , for someone looking for a real watch first, and then a activity tracker second, this is a good option. I think as a company, Garmin has come a long way from making GPS units to good tracking devices.
However, those reviews that state that the syncing issues are all done with are not correct. I'm able to pair my Vivomove with my Nexus 6p (Android 6.0.1) ONLY when the tracker is reset (all data is erased). And after that, none of the data is syncing. The Connect Mobile app states "vivomove connected", but no data is transferred. None. All attempts to remedy the situation on tracker, mobile, or account end in failure.
So, while the hardware is decent, the software kills it. Not in a good way.
