I’ve been using this for a grand total of one week. Here are the results thus far:
Eyelashes: Boom. They have finally made their appearance. Even though I have dark hair, my short, stubby lashes remained irritatingly fair/invisible unless I was wearing mascara. Even after just one week’s routine of brushing castor oil on before bed, my lashes are unbelievably long and so much darker.
Brows: I have been brushing my eyebrows through with the oil at night as well. While I haven’t yet really noticed any new hairs sprouting up to fill in my patchy, pathetic brows, I’ve certainly noticed my existing hairs are way thicker and darker, and now, like my lashes, can be observed without the help of makeup.
Hair: Okay so I haven’t actually got around to trying this yet, but as per other reviewers I’m going to mix it with coconut oil and make a mask. My belief in this miracle liquid is now such that I can basically say it’ll work beyond any doubt.
Skin: Not sure if anyone else has been using this on their skin... but I get really, like, REALLY dry skin around my eyes and my regular moisturizer was not helping me out much. Coconut oil didn’t seem to sink in enough either, so I put a dab of castor oil on all night. I woke up with baby skin! It’s very rich, so I wouldn’t do it every night, but every couple of weeks I think you could put a light layer all over your skin to help with dryness.
Those are all my raves to date. One quick note about this brand in particular... I looked around quite a bit and it’s the best price I could find for the generous amount you get, and it’s nice and thick so it doesn’t run all over your face like coconut oil.
Hope I helped! Cheers.
