I love how spacious it is. I love the decor and I love that it has a second level and so many things that come with it. But that being said my two hamsters have escaped every night since we’ve gotten it. The whole tunnel connector piece pops right off so easily. I’ve had to wire it shut. Other than that it’s a cute cage. But I wish it was built better.

We are very pleased with the size of the cage. We did not use all the accessories because I wanted our teddy bear hamster to have more space. We used the adhesive tape (meant for decor) to hold the yellow cubby in place. The water bottle holder did not hold the bottle (slides) so I used the wire coil holder from our previous cage. The instructions were vague but we are happy with the cage and It was a good value for the price. Way better than our last cage!
