I ordered the 4 yard and so far it's great. Adheres well, In just seconds with a regular iron. Don't know about washing yet. I'm sewing with it on t-shirt material and the process is a breeze. Will definitely reorder again.
This is very light weight interfacing. It's a great price for such a large amount. However, it really didn't provide any stability. I was using it for stockings, and the stockings just didn't end up being as stable as i was hoping for. It could be my small iron, but it took a very long time for it to stick to the fabric (cotton). The part you iron is the bumpy side against the fabric, smooth side facing the iron . Seems to be nice quality, it just took a long time for it to stick to the fabric, and it was a little too flexible for what i needed.
I used this to add some heft to silk sari fabric that I am using to make throw pillows. I have had a hard time finding fusible interfacing that will actually FUSE, but this stuff is great! I purchased additional yards just to have around!
It adds just enough weight and opacity to make an organza silk easy to work with and beefier to use in home decor applications. This stuff is the BEST!
Arrived in good condition - a bit creased from being folded for shipping, but not problematic for me. I used this as a second layer to darken and thicken bedroom curtains that had been made from cotton quilting fabric. It worked very nicely and now the room is darker on bright summer evenings. No issues at all ironing this to the existing curtain fabric.
I have never had trouble with the fabric to which I am trying to adhere the interfacing bunching up. I am sure it is user error, though. I was using it for Covid-19 face masks and it worked well for this use. This works well for someone (me) who will not go in the stores at this time. I got plenty with this order, probably enough to last me the rest of my life :)
It is described as lightweight and that is exactly what it is. Very thin, not like what we had been accustomed to. We'll use it because it's for curtains, had it been for blackout curtains we would have sent it back.
