2.0 out of 5 stars Probably best ergonomic mouse out there with 2 [fixable] flaws. 3 YEARS UPDATE: NOT RECOMMENDED
Reviewed in the United States on 6 March 2016
Obviously these kinds of mice is always a compromise, however after trying several similar devices this one worked the best for wrist pain, just wished it was little larger.I definitely recommend this to everyone with wrist pain problems.

Having said that, this mouse have weird problem of being *heavy*. They did this on purpose, I dont know why - probably to "feel" more expensive. Inside, they have two additional weights (see photo), which add noticeable strain on wrist. Also, sometimes you need to pull the mouse up, and it is very hard to do, so you accidentally press those additional buttons on the left side and your browser page disappears - all because they added these two bricks inside

Good news is this is fixable, just open up the mouse (two additional screws sit hidden under two "sliders"), there should be 4 screws total - remove bricks and enjoy

UPDATE 2, after 10 months.

Mouse wheel started to fail, I disassembled it again and checked it. It turns out it actually *DESIGNED TO FAIL* with the time: rubber "tire" will lose traction with the plastic wheel, supporting it. Good news is - this is fixable too, if you "loosen" stopper that holds the wheel. As the result, mouse wheel will start working again, but you wont hear the click anymore (I still dont understand why they needed it in the first place). So now mouse is working great now.

Overall it is crazy that customers have to remove stuff from products to make them work better ...

UPDATE after 3 years of use.
Purchased two, both died eventually.
I switched to trackball mouse - turned out this is a much better option both ergonomically and functionally. I never expected that trackball can improve mouse speed and precision. All pain eradicated *completely* and does not feel like a compromise. I finally decided to ditch traditional (moving) mice, vertical or otherwise, so I can not recommend this (type) of mouse anymore.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Mouse for high DPI users (Data Techs, CAD, and GIS)
Reviewed in the United States on 1 December 2016
Love, love, LOVE this mouse! I bought this mouse about 2 months ago now and wanted to wait to see if I liked it before I made my review. I do fine detail GIS work every day and needed an ergonomic mouse with adjustable DPI. After days or research and reading the reviews on Amazon and watching You Tube videos, I decided on this one. I love the weight of it in my hands. I use it on the 2nd to highest DPI setting. I love the removable palm guard on the bottom. I love the size and position of the right and left click. If I could give half stars, I would take half a star off for the scroll wheel: I accidentally click it some times. Also, while I prefer wired mouses, the wire on this bad boy could be longer. AND I don't think it works on USB 2 ports. The daily pain in my wrists is gone and hopefully with daily use my wrist sensitivity will be gone too! I will update this post as I use the mouse.

UPDATE: 6 months after purchase and I still love this mouse. No obvious flaws that I can complain about. I still enjoy the weight in my hands, I got a USB cord extender and now have no problems with the length of the cord. I no longer click the scroll wheel by accident. I also feel like my accuracy is getting better every day I use this mouse. I used to leave a regular mouse attached to my PC for fine motor movements, but I unplugged that about 2 months ago and haven't needed it since. My wrist pain is almost completely gone and only comes back when my hands get extremely cold.

UPDATED UPDATE: 1.5 years and running, this mouse is still awesome. Starting to feel the left click go. Its a little soft. But for the price of the mouse, it was well worth it and when the time comes, I will be buying another. No hand or wrist pain at all, compared to before I bought this mouse. So worth it.
