結構愛用させて頂いていたのですが2013年7月に買って3ヶ月もしないうちに壊れてしまったので本当にショックです。

Misleading product

The item recieved is clearly not the same as the bag ordered (Optic Voyage). It was noticed immediately by my 6 year old.
The tag is a terrible print job of the Jansport logo. It clearly isn't made by Jansport and the item is misleading - Amazon should reconsider selling these items.

Zipper Broke After 90 Days

The zipper broke on this back pack within 90 days of purchase. Jansport would NOT replace it, they stated I had to, at my expense, return it to their warranty center where it would take a minimum of 4 weeks to repair it. If they could not do it, they would then send a replacement. Piss-poor customer service. This is the 2nd time this has happened with a Jansport back pack. The packs are durable, but the zippers are cheaply constructed. Will not purchase the Jansport brand again.

What a disappointment.

So we ordered a JansSport because the last one we bought 12 years ago is still in really good shape. So when the second cheap Walmart backpack my daughter got for school this year broke we decided JanSport for the win.

Um no. It’s so chinsy you can see through the polyester. It feels gross and is noisy because it’s essentially a plastic backpack. Ugh it’s awful

I’ll be surprised if this makes it through the end of the school.

Huge rip after 1 1/2 months of use

This happened during a school day, a thread must have caught and the small pocket shredded. School just started mid-September and I always buy bags with warranties and what I presume to be durable. My kids previous bags were LL Bean but they ended their warranty so I looked around. The worst that ever happened with LL Bean was a tiny tear and my son has 1 backpack that is at least 6 years old from there. Jansport can't hold a candle. Conveniently you can only return up to 1 month after purchase so beware. I will be on hold with the warranty department again today and hopefully they make this right.

I am so sad, I use to love JanSports backpacks as a kid. I bought one for my son and the zipper continually got stuck on the extra fabric that goes over the zipper. I didn’t want to return it because he bought patches and had them sewed on, so I kept just trying to fix it. Well this last one I couldn’t fix and ended up ripping the zipper off.. so disappointed!
