One thing I would say is that, my personal favourite, we get to see why Joe and his team weren't on the ground during the Zombie Outbreak of Dead of Night. It turns out that they were busy preventing WWIII, not unreasonably. But now they are riding directly into Hell itself to make a last-ditch attempt at saving the world-and it may already be too late. As a policewoman who helps them says when asked: "Someone left open Hell's back door". Joe and his people have saved both the planet and the human race countless times-but they only have to fail once...
