5.0 out of 5 stars Need to try
By Emily Giezen on 13 July 2021
Awesome product, extremely easy to weed and transfer. I did however find that pressing for 20 secs and then removing carrier sheet straight away then press for 10 more gave the best results.

I also wish I could purchase just the one colour on a roll, instead when I run out of a colour I will he to buy from a different brand

Great product. Vinyl cut without issue on my Cricut Maker, was very easy to weed, and transferred well to the T-shirt I used for my first project with it. I was very pleased with the included Teflon sheet as I didn’t have to go out and buy one separately. I will purchase this product again.

Edited to add: I’ve made 3 more projects with this vinyl and they’re all holding up really well to being washed. Still very pleased.

Second edit on July 1, 2020: I’ve been using this vinyl for several months now and the product is fantastic. Every single t-shirt I’ve made with it has held up through many, many washes. No signs of peeling or cracking despite being thrown into the washer and dryer over and over again without even thinking about it. It layers beautifully and takes very well to being pressed multiple times. I couldn’t be happier.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great Results!

I have a Cricut machine and wanted to try my hand at iron-on to make custom onesies for my friend. I read reviews that Cricut brand iron-on isn't great and to find HTV vinyl; I decided to try this one as it came with many colours.

After ordering but before receiving the product, I received an email from Kassa providing instructions for both application as well as washing/care. I thought this was great and very thoughtful of the company!

Once I received the product, I gave it a go. It took me a while to determine which side needed to be placed down on the fabric. I think a better way to do this would be to label the blue removable film saying "this side down" or something. It also made it a bit difficult to see what colour I was actually choosing, until I started to finally peel away the blue film. But once I figured that out, I was very impressed with the product. It applied easily and looked great! My only issue happened when I used the orange colour. The clear transfer wasn't peeling away for the bottom of the design after application, so I kept reapplying heat (as per the instructions). It got to a point where I had reapplied heat about 8 times and I thought if it wasn't working by now, it wasn't going to work, so I forced it off. It still looked good, but the areas where it wouldn't come off willingly, there seemed to be a bit of a tacky feeling and it was a bit shiny. But not very noticeable unless you looked closely.

After giving it to my friend, she advised that she followed the washing instructions and all designs turned out fine, including the orange colour. That bit of orange must just have been a bit of a dud but it still worked out.

A side note: the washing instructions are very basic and easy. Machine wash with a mild detergent and dry on normal dryer setting. Wait 24 hours before first wash.

EDIT 5.5 months later: My mother-in-law purchased this same product and the blue film you remove prior 5o cutting now has text on it, which is a bug help for determining the colour you're picking. We also were able to apply all vinyl with zero issues, however there was a section on the white vinyl where it was very difficult to weed the HTV off the transfer sheet, it was a very similar experience I had with the orange vinyl that I wrote about above, we just got lucky that it was located in an area of the sheet that we were weeding out and was not part of the design. When the vinyl removes as it should from their transfer sheet, then it's beautiful vinyl. But it seems every now and then, they have tricky parts that don't cooperate. If Kassa can get this under control, then I think their vinyl would be amazing! I would still recommend this brand, but keep in kind the possi ke difficulties.

I bought this htv after reading the great reviews. I've had my cricut maker for a while but never used htv until I got a great deal on the easypress and wanted some htv with quick delivery to play.
These are the first 2 babygrows I did for my niece. The instructions are really clear for how to use with my cricut and it cut perfectly with normal pressure on the iron on htv (non cricut) setting. I did use my press a bit longer than it says but the clear backing came away easily. It feels lovely and smooth - not sticky or ripple effect like you get with some clothes that have designs printed on.
I haven't washed the items yet as i need to wait 24hrs but will update if I have any issues.
Would definitely recommend and buy again. The colours are lovely also.

*** UPDATE *** all clothes have washed fine. I haven't left any on the dryer and there was only a bit of peeling on the first one I did, which I had used my heat press on the ironing board (which it tells you not too so I ordered the heat matt and now use my kitchen ra le and had no other issues) so I just pressed that one again and all fine now. Would love to be able to pick the colours I need again if possible.
