As I've read from other reviews that it just doesn't work for every cat and I tried it just in case. It does work for other purchasers.
BUT, the customer support was fantastic and so I give them a great rating as it was so very much appreciated...

I have three cats - mum and two kids. The mum is usually quite laid back, loves nothing more than just finding somewhere comfy to sleep. However as soon as she smells this in the air, she goes mental! She will follow the scent of it to the top of our cat tower then just roll around in it before eventually crashing.
One of the kid-cats (now 2 yrs old) also loves it - unfortunately broke one of the sting ball attached to the tower as she became so hyper. But worth it to see her having so much fun.
The other kid-cat has almost no interest in it - but she only likes things she can eat anyway!
As for my cat? She's not at impressed with it, it didn't increase her play or bring her joy, she even avoided where the Kong Catnip had been sprayed, when she'd usually go nuts for nip! My cat has always enjoyed cat nip in various forms and she's enjoyed other companies pump spray nip in the past, so Kong reeeaaalllyyy must be subpar for her to turn her nose up at it!
I wouldn't buy this, or any Kong product ever again, total waste of money.
We have a random cat come into our garden from time to time. I sprayed a patch of grass down the bottom when he was around, and a patch up top when my cat was around. Both were rolling around like complete druggies, loving life.
If your cat is in the 50% of cats that react to cat-nip, get it! It's pricey, smells like mint, but will last forever by the looks of it.
Said grey cat was rolling around in this stuff on my door step outside while it was slightly windy, he got scared off by cats fighting and was soon replaced by a black cat who was also interested. i'd say oit was a sucess, as for why I do this, I want these cats to feel relaxed around me so I can leave my stuff open and not worry about them freaking out if they have come in for a smell( i tend to slow cook stuff most of the time), its cheap theres loads of it and the stuff I got smell strong enough, decent tin too
However, when you do get a whole bottle cats simply love this, and it is much better quality than many other brands. No dry stale chopped up cat nip everywhere either. I use it on some cat nip toys that need refreshing, and sprayed onto a kitty self grooming comb and it works a treat.
It is messier than the Kong cat nip spray but I think my cat enjoys having the variety of both the spray and the actual cat nip.
I think the photos attached show how much he loves his Kong Premium cat nip
Worth the mess to make my cat happy :)
We have a small basket that holds all our kitties toys, and when we decide to have a play session, we give the whole basket a quick spray and it is instant interest! and play mode activates.
My 15 year old is highly receptive to catnip & will go bonkers at the slightest hint of it but with this she just looked at me like I was stupid and strolled off.
I sprayed it on a toy for her and she's taking not the slightest interest. I find it hard to believe this is actually catnip but wouldn't know how to test it.
It was expensive compared to ordinary catnip and a totally waste of money.
Not very happy.
