Ok- first of all, if you have naturally shiny/oily/healthy or thin hair, this stuff might make you a little too greasy.
I don't have that problem.. I have very thick, dry/damaged blonde hair that I recently dyed very dark brown (almost black) and was looking for a good conditioner to replace the Infusium I'm not loving anymore. (My hair looks better greasy/shiny when it's dark imo, so I thought I'd give this a shot.) It's good stuff! My hair is super shiny, but not "dirty/greasy looking", it's very reflective! It's a very light/silky texture as opposed to some goopey/thick conditioners. My hair is naturally curly/wavy and this doesn't weigh it down, it's still springy and bouncy after rinsing. If you're a co-washer, this conditioner would probably work well for you.
Yes it is scented, but I don't find it overwhelming because it's a coconut scent and most of the products I've been using lately are coconutty.
The bottle is GINORMOUS for the price and the pump actually works. (See a lot of reviews on here about pump bottles not working.)
This isn't fading my VERY DARK hair color at all. When I use it in shower, my freshly dyed hair is STILL leeching color but it's not fading. (It's only been a week since I dyed it but other products would've stripped it somewhat by now, but I swear it's getting darker! lol) That's kinda cool. It's working well with the coconut oil I'm using at the same time. It's not leaving a haze (Dove conditioner, Pantene conditioner always left a horrible waxy residue on my hair when it's dark). I'm very likely going to order the matching shampoo in the near future. If you're on the fence about this one, but looking for added shine for your dry hair- give it a shot. (If ya don't like it for your hair, use it for shaving your legs!)
