These are the only bags I've tried and so far so good. They lost a star because they leaked until I figured out how to pack them to avoid the leakage. I use them along with a little cooler with plastic ice packs. Many days the bags would have leaked into the cooler so I would have a mess when I got home from work. I now turn the mouth of the bags up when I store them and absolutely no leaking since then.
Besides the bad start I had with them, I like everything else about them. I especially like how easy it is to write on the label portion. All pens that I've tried so far and I do not have to try very hard for the writing to appear. I also like that they can be placed to stand up and they stay that way for quite some time. That's usually when I am closing everything up and putting things away. They can also be stored completely flat. I fill them to no more than 6 ounces, remove any extra air with my fingers and freeze them flat when I get home. After they are frozen they can then be stored upright or any other way that is convenient. They can hold more than 6 ounces but I find that is a convenient size for me.
