To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
This was my first time using Lionel Fast Track and I am not a fan. The assembly is very easy and I would say this is the most robust connect method if you plan on performing frequent disassembly/assembly. However, it is the least scale looking and loudest track I have ever used. In fact, I have old Lionel track from the 1940's that is quieter. I decided to send it back and purchasing Atlas and am very pleased. Sure it cost more but I can enjoy the Proto sounds better and the track looks awesome. I also noticed the fast track got dirty (carbon?) very quickly, which is not a problem with the Atlas.
We bought two sets of these to make a fun circle just for my son to play with the cars he has. He’s in love with trains and it’s really fun to just let him play with his train sets and not even have it hooked up to power. Quality is good they are great.
