These silicone sleeves WORK. I’ve had terribly cracked heels for years. I have a whole drawer full of “miracle” products for cracked heels. Lotions, creams, etc. None of them ever worked. I was embarrassed to get a pedicure.
I used O’Keefes Healthy Feet Cream, then the sleeve and held them in place by socks. I have worn them off and on for a week. Actually? By the third day, my heels were healing. I did NOT wear to bed.

My husband couldn’t believe how this worked. He’s seen my struggle with this problem for years.

Try these. You’ll be pleasantly surprised.

These are nice for cracked heels but they are not comfortable to walk on if that is your intention. The silicone feels weird, everything sticks to it and they move around when you walk on them. I just wear to them to bed though and they work great for that. They do soften your heels (especially if you moisturize before you put them on) and are the best product I have found for that. I couldn't wear them with shoes or walk around with them on though, which is what I was hoping to be able to do as an all day kind of heel treatment.

These sleeves are perfect for repairing cracked heels. You can apply petroleum jelly at night, pull on the sleeve and not wreck your sheets. In one week, my feet were healed and I still use them every night because it keeps my feet from being ashy. They are soft and weightless but sturdy. I've used them every night for over a month with no signs of wear. They have small holes so they're breathable and you don't have sweaty feet. I haven't tried them during the day but it seems like you could wear them in sneakers with no problem. They're too squishy to wear with open-back footwear like slippers, clogs or sandals.

I have two spots on the inside of my heels that are hard and even with constant filing, continues to be hard. I've had the problem for as long as I can remember in my adult life. That part of my feet also has an itch that you cannot scratch. Finally, Googled to find out the problem and if it could be resolved. Suggested purchasing Tea Tree Oil, putting it on my heels each night and wearing the silicone heel socks. Been doing this a couple of weeks and the itch is gone and the one or two times it has itched, was not as intense as it had been. Also purchased Tea Tree Oil Foot Cream. Wear socks with the silicone heels at night because they are slippery and stick to the sheets. I will continue this routine for 6 weeks, as instructed, although already noticing smoother heels and very little itch.

I ended up with a severe chemical burn on both of my feet from these. They felt good and really helped with the heel spurs but I won't be using them again nor can I recommend them.
