5 STAR SELLER. The photo is my daily regimen. Manganese helps with vitamin absorption and digestion. I was low in B12 which caused low ferritin levels. Supplementing B12 and Iron upset my stomach. I changed to Iron + Vitamin C tablets and added Manganese and now it's all perfect. My daily doses are: B12 500 mg, Iron+C (9mg, 15mg, only 1/2 tablet), and 6 drops of Manganese solution (6mg). All of this is for maintenance, now my levels are fine.
