My new favorite knife for veggies and a lot more. It arrived very (shave the hair off my arm) sharp. The blade is thin but quite stiff. Handle is comfortable and easy to clean. Think of it as halfway between a santoku and a Chinese vegetable cleaver. I now use this more than either of those. Truly a pleasure to work with and a very reasonable price.
