    This cap includes 4 gel packs: one for the top of the head, one for the forehead & two for the sides of the head. Upon opening the box the cap did smell funny, but I simply washed it. Smell gone. No big deal.

    If you're looking to sleep with this, good luck with that. Sleeping with this was awkward & uncomfortable (especially if you're a side sleeper). I mostly felt the cold on my ears & barely anywhere else, & I doubt you'll feel the one that sits on top of your head unless you're bald.

    The cap alone is well made & comfortable, just not when the gel packs are ice cold (maybe if you put the gel packs in the fridge rather than the freezer it would work better?).

    The seller did reach out to me to see how my order went & to let me know that my purchase comes with a free eBook called 'Living a healthy lifestyle' which is nice. It's 25 pages & includes chapters like: '10 Best Foods to Eat for Breakfast', '12 Ways to Burn Fat Without Setting Foot In the Gym', '3 Easy Ways to Stay in Shape While You Travel' & much more.

    While I appreciate the eBook & customer service, this cap just didn't work out for me so I returned it.

    I have a LARGE head . When I was in the military, as a female, I needed a larger size cover. I have Chiari Malformation and had a TBI in the military...and this is flexible and surrounds my head entirely. It doesn’t resolve my headaches but helps give me a feeling of relief when they become overwhelming.
